Dr. Walker is a pioneer in cybersecurity and has served the Director of National Intelligence, Air Force Studies Board and is the founding director of the University of Delaware Cybersecurity Initiative.
He previously held positions as Director of Research at DHS, Chief Technology Officer for the U.S. Navy, Executive Director and Chief Scientist at the Office of Naval Research.
